We hope you love shopping with Swish Mobiles. Here are our delivery and returns policies to help make sure we meet your expectations.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are all part of the price you see on our website. This excludes any separate agreements we have with B2B customers. Please see your agreement for shipping costs. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates. Most in stock items are delivered within 2 working days.

Deliveries can occur on any day Monday - Saturday. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change in the future. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon. Orders you place with Swish Mobiles late on Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until Monday.

Returns and Replacement

We want you to be completely happy with your Swish Mobiles order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should be received back to us in the same brand new condition as when it was received. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

Returning Merchandise by Mail

To return an item to us please reply to your original sales e-mail or click the contact us link below. Please explain the reason for return and one of our team will get back to you within 2 working days to help you. A returned item will be fully refunded within 5 working days of it getting back to us.
(as long as it meets our return guidelines) Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective and then a credit will be issued 
once proof of cost of posting is provided.
